Moratorium - New Water Connections & New Expenditures

Purpose:  This ordinance addresses capacity issues within  Ames Water Company and ensures sustainable water supply management.  Until concerns raised by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) are resolved, no new water connections will be permitted, as well as no new monetary expenditures.
