The office of Ames Water Supply, located at 451 Donatto Street; Liberty, Texas, is the only authorize payment center for Ames water bill.
Payment is due by the 15th of each month. Late fees will be added on the 16th.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
All past due accounts will receive three (3) notifications (by text and phone) before service is discontinued. During this time, one will have the opportunity to call our office and make arrengements to pay. Failure to pay or make arrangements to pay will result in service being discontinued. If service is discontinued a fee of $40.00 ($20.00 disconnect and $20.00 reconnect) will be added to the total owed. The past due amount alone with all fees must be paid before service is restored.

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

A bill payment drop-off box is available for 24 hours - 7 days a week.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
